The act of Rape is theorized, theorized in many ways, none scaled the reality! The latest feminist theory that rape is an expression of power also failed in case of India through the incident of a 28days toddler raped by 25 year old man(!) and going scot free. How could this be? Well, theories pour in to answer that too! All bovine scat to the least!

Rape is a weapon indeed, a weapon of torture, of subjugation, of threat and what not… what about this case? Is it a stray case? Check out the number of child rape [I deliberately do not use “paedophila” – the word is euphemism] in India, a whooping 3 a day!!! Tally that with the number of women being carnal oppressed, more than 26 a day and that number is highly debated as the number is increasing exponentially, tally it with the number of pogroms on Dalits and Muslims and associated mass rapes… there is no count to that! Rape is a nation-state cultural heritage- an Indian heritage, a Hindu heritage, an Indian sub-continental Islamic heritage [as it takes pride in marital rape and paving for raped victim married to the rapist] Rape is if not specifically, but loosely an Indian phenomenon!

Rape is there in every culture, every civilization and yet rape is very Indian. Rape is the one that is valorised and glorified as a divine act, all the Hindu male gods raped, all the Hindu kings raped with impunity and rape, multiple marriage, marital rape. Mutah marriges and all related acts were glorified. Rape is thus an act of male macho symbol. Poor English does not have a proper word, we have… we have “Pourush”, we have “Mardangi” , the poor westerns could only think of a cheap patronising called Chivalry. In India there Chivalry is not glorified but rape is. Protection of women means keeping women like cattle and then gifting them as many times as it could be and then dumping them into the widowdom on riverside after menopause – That is Hindutva. Rape is Hindutva and Hindutva is rape in every sense and metonymy of the word.

The mythology supports rape , glorifies it, considers this as a signature of maturity and of power [ “taqat” with special connotation and the most generally accepted on the streets and in the market place] Rape is then eulogized in verses. First the only value of a woman is weighed in terms of her chastity and then rape is used as a mark of royalty and a sense of upper caste position]. A man can rape but cannot accept water to drink from the victim, a man can rape and again prostrate before the god , ask forgiveness and be forgiven [ special atonement and redemption present both in Hindu and Islam as well]. Rape is never a crime, it is simply O-gomon [ some mis-advances]. Rape is a national tradition and culture.

We have been raping – the Indian male that is from time immemorial and with not much compunctions or qualms. An upper caste boy can rape women of lower caste of any age and be overlooked as children frolic [ North Indian value system]. Rapists in India are seldom convicted and even if so only with a maximum penalty of 7 years in royal style jail life-all taken care by the government at the expense of tax payers’ money. Our liberals take pride in giving them royal treatment in our jails.

Rape is our religious tradition, we put male deitry over female ones, we are allowed to dump our mothers and wives and sell off our daughters in the name of marriage and sanction marital rapes as our “modern” judiciary has declared that marriages are sanctioned and solemnized in heaven so marital rape is divine!

We in our supposedly oldest civilisation had been raping our mothers and foremathers and would be doing so for all the future generations to come! Rape is an Indian tradition! That our forefathers pumped in babies and squeezed them at least every year of the carrying life of our foremothers and considered that it is divine gift, it clearly shows how rapists are our forefathers who we respect and honour. We respected and honoured rapists throughout generations as our foreparents- what does that make us? Rapists indeed! Beyond the mere epitaph of Rapists-indirect! That no one known ever tried it with a 28 day toddler makes therefore the particular rapist an innovator , a great technologist, a trend-setter- we now await multiple and fast-forward repetition of the same act!

This one incident should have put the entire national collective identity to shame, it did not! We almost rejoiced the news value of the news – its sensation value! We had long commoditized rape and now we are doing it with toddler-rape… We Indians have now spread it worldwide, when even the soldiers in warring countries had failed till today we Indians have successfully transgressed the wolves, the occupying and ravaging soldiers of every nation- We are proud Indians, who would still consider ourselves as “Proud Indians” when some innovators would go on raping the just-born neo-natals – We are Indians indeed and Indian males of national pride! We take pride in becoming a Rapist Nation- Bande dharshakattom!

We romanticise genitalia- no not the women’s genitalia from which we all came out, we glorify phallus! Phallus is everywhere in India, phallus is worshipped by our girls in the name of religion. We “clean” phallus sculptures with milk [mapping semen] , we make girls drink that milk, in the name of again religion, we pour that milk on our rivers immediately killing the neo-natal fishes, we never give that milk to deserving hungry but drain it down the sewage system, we make our girls worship erect phallus and prostate before anything erect, we have our monuments imaged as phallus- that makes us Indians.

The 25 year old man who raped the 28 days toddler merely enacted a divine sanction purifying the baby. Our godmen ceremoniously rape women devotees and preach them that holy water is poured in, that makes these godmen even greater godmen, detached with any emotional attachment – that makes our godmen great and us as great devotees. The divinity ascribed in our phallus culture has made this man(!) a devoted follower of our traditions! An innovative performer! What the entire world could never imagine our boy has shown it in action! That is our Indianness! Why blame a great performer! Why not challenge ourselves? It is high time we did!

Rape – Political Weapon

That Rape is being used for Political purposes – is a foregone conclusion. That Rape is used as a weapon of oppression is a similar conclusion as well. That Rape is a power proposition of the worst kind is even an older conclusion. But that every Rape is political is not nationally discoursed, discussed and debated.

Yes, every rape in a moribund bourgeois state is political when especially the nation-state deliberately does not convict rape cases and even when convicts do not commute the sentences. In India how many horrendous rapes have met their ultimate sentence – probably one in two decades? That is what makes every rape political in this nation-state space.

A rape committed on one individual is an act of mass threaten and mass destruction of the sense of security and assurance on a power and opportunity-handicapped community minoritzed in action- that is women. A single rape is thus a mass rape [not gang rape] on every woman in this nation-state as is being funnelled and flared up by the mass media these days. When on every 30 seconds one girl gets abused in this country then we do not need to have any other weapon to peg down the women. They are marginalized and minoritized through power marginalization. This is one important case where numerical equal or near majority actually is doomed to being a minority [ the threat of rape to every women in Kerala, Arunachal Pradesh Mizoram is also as strong as in the other states] .

The sheer volume and frequency of rape is a political weapon as it is being published. Instead of being a deterrent this publishing has increased the frequency of rape in recent times. It does not profess to subdue the numbers but the harmful effect is aggrandized when the conviction and commuting is rare. Rapists get a gala life in jail and know that nothing could be and would be proved other than the mere allegation, and even if it is proved the maximum punishment is a 7 years jail term where they would have protection within the jail.

This is no loophole of the law- this is the law, to be lean on the rapist and to put him away from vigilant public domain. Rapists need to be paraded and killing a rapist through death penalty is the most lenient punishment possible. Parading rapists daily and regularly in various neighbourhoods and letting them live simply on wrath and begging would have been much appropriate- but that would never be done as it smacks of peoples’ initiative [is any one sniffing socialistic measure here?] .

Rape is perpetrated here as a very calculated move by the STATE to peg down women on the streets.

The Indian ruling class has perfected its collective oppressive measures on every organized community that ever hit the streets- even the Sikhs, Muslims and other Kashmiris, Assamese and what not. This time it is taking on the entire women community as a whole. In every such step of collective community oppression they break the back of potential collective protests. The present government is now confronting the two most potentially powerful sections – the students and the women. It has long oppressed on class and caste lines, it is now testing the waters of big communities.

That is the challenge, if they can get away with it, permanent fascism would be onset. That makes women’s movement an integral movement of peoples’ emancipation and a duty of every domiciled entity in our nation-state.

At Long last France strikes Syria, but not in coordination with Putin’s army. The plot lies there- it is in concert with the American plot- a nicely orchestrated plot that is now a NATO combined plot.

First of all, as Assad said France created this so-called Free Syrian Army, which was created by the European Mercenaries, so that on one hand the popular uprising against the tyrant Assad can be lapped in , secondly to destabilize Syria as a country that can be managed- the ultimate goal is to make Syria a chaos and then in the name of restoring democracy occupy Syria and make it a link in the long chain of oil Pipelinea. NATO forces did the same in Iraq, which is now dismembered in numbers that cannot be counted. They did it for Libya, for Afghanistan, tried for Iran and failed miserably, but gained success in Lebanon, in parts of Turkey but got frightened out of the erstwhile fringe USSR countries [the erstwhile Persian empire countries]- All those countries which fall on the Oil Pipelinea [barring Iran] are no administered countries any longer. Imperialism is about to set in there in the name of restoration of Peace and Democracy. Since the WWII – this had been the strategy of the allied imperialism –now known as NATO conglomerate.

France created ISIL/ISIL in particular, as US created Al-Quaeda- this fact is now openly admitted by Obama and Tony Blair as well. Obama gets away by putting the blame on George Bush on an election year paving the way for a hawk –that is Hillary. Blair does not give an “eff” , he does not have any love lost with Cameron, and all these erstwhilers are now turned “think-tanks” if one is an ex in ruling and has undertaken mass murders one can very easily get away with some belated admission. That is what our neo-colonial-capitalism’s politico-military modus-operandi is.

Putin had to cover his fundaments , with one hot stove of Chechnya etc, and the other one being that he could not have given a free ride to NATO on Oil Pipelinea, all these despite the very touted future potential of Siberia coming up as the next Middle-east oil field! Putin struck pre-emptively very first.

Very interestingly the ISIL threatened France [ the very first bite a piglet makes is on his papa’s arse] and not Russia, as yet. They never tried to wag their tales with Russia. The supply line of ISIL from Europe was through France and then through the Mediterranean and is now blocked. France did not go into any coordination with Russia or even with USA, because they wanted to wipe off the signs of the patronising the ISIL –it should not come out open in the hands of any combined force [British, American, Canadian or Australian ].

Syria would, within a month or so, be a bombed geography and would have to go through a massive “reconstruction” as they call it. Western “assistance” and “reparations” would be called for – of course to be paid by Syria on a long term loan- this is what we know as Financial military campaign of neo-con-financial imperialism. Nations after nations will now be ever debtor nations indebted to World Development Banks – that is the new-imperialist peaceful financial world. We would be under a world regime where one corporate like IMF/World Bank would rule these huge land mass where from resources are to be extracted to serve the imperialist countries.

When Paris reels under a continuous threat, the masters have their own plans being hatched. No one on earth knows who ISIL/ISIS are, fictitious names are touted. It is physically impossible for a couple of thousand  hooded soldiers [read mercenaries] to hold on to the vast land that is Syria, Lybia, Iraq, Lebanon combined, it is not possible for any troupe management to manage any kind of supply line for such a vast tract. The mere daily consumables are difficult to manage and administer and live off their daily chore unless it is directly being assisted by Big Forces.

Saudi Empire is the world’s worst kind of coward outsourcer – and that is proved by their historical experience , they will send money and outsource any responsibility to others and yet definitely not to any other nation.  – The obvious result is bringing up a band of mercenaries from different nations. There cannot be so many Arabs in that near deserted stretch- again the obvious target are bands of WHITE mercenaries who had been reared up only through warfare since the Vietnam war through Iraq war and to the Chechnyan war, the Nogorno Karabach, Bosnia-Herzegovenia etc. These bands are now outsourced agencies that perpetrate the war being NATO funded and assured.

Obviously the Powers of France has not learnt and cannot manage the future. A long drawn protracted warfare is in the offing and hopefully as always in history, a new cross-nation people’s unity may topple the apple cart of this Oil Pipelinea.
